What changed in the new Wiki Platform?

The InsBOSS Wiki has been upgraded to improve communication, visibility, and engagement across all IBFM’s.

The new platform now includes:

- To-Do List Feature – Automatically assigns tasks and reminders for important posts and company updates.
- Welcome Pop-Up Notification – Greets users upon login and reminds them of pending activities.
- Smart Greeting System – Sends automated greetings during birthdays, work anniversaries, and important company announcements.
- Google Sign-In Integration – Secure login using your official InsBOSS Google email account.
- Notification Bell – Displays missed updates and unread announcements.
- All Apps Shortcut Panel – Provides quick access to all company systems and tools used by IBFM’s.
- Department FAQ Section – Centralized important Q&A per department.
- Employee Onboarding Pages – Step-by-step onboarding guide per department for new and existing employees.
- Learning & Development (L&D) Page – Track refresher courses, training modules, and achievements. Completed training will reflect on your profile.

The goal of the new Wiki is to serve as a central digital hub for communication, compliance, learning, and operational updates.

What is the Wiki Attestation?

The Wiki Attestation is a mandatory confirmation that appears on Wiki pages and posts. All IBFM’s are required to click the Attestation Button as proof that:

- They have read and understood the update.
- They acknowledge company notifications.
- They are aware of new policies or announcements.

This serves as a compliance tracking mechanism.

Is the Wiki Attestation mandatory?

Yes. All IBFM’s must complete the attestation whenever it appears on a page or post. Failure to acknowledge required updates may affect compliance tracking and performance monitoring.

Why is attestation required?

Attestation ensures:

- Accountability
- Proper communication acknowledgment
- Record of employee awareness
- Compliance with company policies and operational updates

It helps the company confirm that critical announcements are properly received.

Who can access the internal wiki?

The internal Wiki is accessible to all IBFM’s using their official InsBOSS Google email account. Some sensitive sections may have restricted access depending on department role and permissions.

How do I search for information on the wiki?

You may:

- Use the search bar located at the top of FAQ , SOP, Resources and other pages.
- Visit the FAQ under right menu section.

Enter relevant keywords or phrases to find pages, posts, and documents related to your query.

What should I do if I find outdated or incorrect information?

If you encounter outdated or incorrect information:

1. Notify your immediate Team Leader or Department Head.
2. Submit a comment (if enabled).
3. Report the issue through the proper internal communication channel.

Accurate documentation is essential for operational alignment.

Can I set permissions for different users on the wiki?

Permissions are managed by the Wiki Administrator and IT Team. If you require access to restricted sections, please coordinate with your Department Head for approval.

Can I comment on wiki pages?

Yes. Some posts and pages allow comments for:

- Clarifications
- Suggestions
- Discussions
- Questions

Can I upload files or documents to the wiki?

Only authorized users may upload files or edit content. If you need to upload a document, coordinate with your Team Leader or Wiki Administrator for proper approval and formatting standards.

Can I update my profile information on the Wiki?

No. Your data inside wiki is an official company records (position, department, email) are managed by HR , IT, Training, Legal and WebDev.
