In observance of Columbus Day in the United States, all IBFMs and departments will observe a holiday on Monday, October 13, 2025.
All eligible IBFMs (IVAS, TM, and VASS) will be granted one (1) leave credit on this date. This applies regardless of whether the leave is availed or not. The HR Department will automatically update the leave allocation of all eligible family members on the said date.
All eligible IBFMs are encouraged to apply for the leave credit to be paid on that date.
Note: Support Team Members under the Freedom Working Schedule are not required to file.
