The Data Management & Analytics Team ensures that all InsBOSS data is:

- Secure and access-controlled
- Structured for reporting and automation

We serve as the single source of truth for:
- Google Sheets operational databases
- Performance dashboards and trackers
- HR, QA, and Operations reporting
- Financial and utilization monitoring
- KPI, OKR, and Balanced Scorecard analytics

Core Responsibilities
1. Database Governance (Google Sheets Ecosystem)
We design, manage, and protect:
- Master operational trackers
- HR and attendance databases
- QA audit and performance sheets
- Finance and billing records
- Utilization and productivity reports
Including:
- Data structure standardization
- Access permissions and protection rules
- Version control and backup discipline
- Error prevention and validation logic
Ensuring data integrity across the organization.
2. Reporting & Analytics
We generate insights through:
- KPI dashboards
- Performance trend analysis
- Monthly and quarterly reports
- Client and workforce metrics
- Financial and utilization summaries
Including:
- Leadership planning
- Department performance reviews
- Operational improvements
- Strategic forecasting
3. Automation & Process Optimization
We improve efficiency by:
- Designing formula-driven workflows
- Creating automated summaries and rollups
