To do that, we are conducting an HMO Utilization Temp Check. This survey will help us understand how IBFMs are currently using their HMO, the types of healthcare services being accessed, and any challenges or gaps that may prevent some from using the benefit. We also want to hear your suggestions so we can enhance our healthcare programs and make them more accessible, responsive, and aligned with your real-life needs.
