Hello IB Fam,

How to Protect Yourself from Phishing and Scams

  • Pause and think before clicking: Don’t act immediately to open an email or message that you’re not familiar with or from an unknown sender.
  • Verify the sender’s identity: Examine the email address carefully, not just the display name.
  • Don’t click suspicious links or open unknown attachments.
Use direct navigation: Rather than clicking a link, type the website address yourself.
  • Use strong, unique passwords and enable two‐factor authentication.
  • Report suspicious emails to itsupport@insboss.net
Staying alert helps protect your personal, InsBOSS, and client information, keeps our systems secure, and promotes a safer online environment for all IBFMs.
