In observance of the Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. in the United States, all IBFMs and departments will observe a holiday on January 19, 2026
All eligible IBFMs (IVAS, TM, and VASS) will be granted one (1) leave credit for this date. This leave credit will be provided regardless of whether the leave is availed or not. The HR Department will automatically update the leave allocation of all eligible family members on the said date.
Eligible IBFMs are encouraged to file the leave to ensure it is paid on that date.
Note: Support Team Members under the Freedom Working Schedule are not required to file.
