P A R T I C U L A R

In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Weekend, all IBFMs and departments will observe holidays on the following dates:

• Christmas Weekend: December 24 to 25, 2025
• New Year’s Weekend: December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026

All eligible IBFMs (IVAS, TM, and VASS) will receive one (1) leave credit for each of the dates stated above. These leave credits will be granted regardless of whether the leave is availed. The HR Department will automatically update the leave allocation of all eligible family members on the applicable dates.

Eligible IBFMs are encouraged to file their leave to ensure proper pay processing.
Note: Support Team Members under the Freedom Working Schedule are not required to file leave.
