Purpose of the Web Development Team

Core Responsibilities
1. Platform Management
We manage and maintain:
- InsBOSS Wiki system
- Learning & onboarding portals
- Financial and operational applications
- Internal dashboards and automation tools
- Client-facing WooCommerce services
This includes:
- Daily monitoring
- Weekly maintenance
- Security hardening
- Backup and recovery readiness
2. User & Access Governance
We control:
- User registration and deletion
- LMS and Wiki account management
- Permission levels and role security
- Subscription and order access
Ensuring:
- Daily monitoring
- Compliance with company policy
- Proper system accountability
3. Development & Innovation
We handle:
- New website or program development
- Feature enhancements and corrections
- Workflow automation
- System integrations
- UI/UX improvements
All requests follow formal departmental request workflows to ensure:
- Proper approval
- Clear documentation
- Stable deployment
4. WooCommerce & Financial Workflow Support
We manage:
- Client registration and login systems
- Subscription creation, editing, and deletion
- Manual order processing and invoicing
- Payment validation and correction handling
