Sales is not only about acquisition — it is about relationship stewardship and trust

Account Executive Core Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Ownership
Account Executives are:

  • The primary contact person for assigned clients
  • Responsible for communication clarity and responsiveness
  • Trusted to represent InsBOSS professionalism and service quality

Goal:
Maintain strong, stable, and trusted client partnerships.

2. Service Coordination with Operations
AEs work directly with:

  • Customer Services Managers (CSMs)
  • Operations delivery teams
  • Internal support departments

Responsibilities include:

  • Translating client requests into clear operational actions
  • Monitoring service progress and issue resolution
  • Ensuring timely updates back to the client

Goal:
Create seamless collaboration between client and operations.

3. Issue Handling & Escalation
AEs manage:

  • Client concerns and complaints
  • Access or service-related questions
  • Urgent operational escalations

They must:

  • Respond quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate internal resolution
  • Protect client confidence and satisfaction

Goal:
Resolve issues while preserving trust and service continuity.

4. Account Growth & Retention
Sales supports business sustainability through:

  • Contract renewals
  • Service expansion opportunities
  • Identifying additional client needs
  • Strengthening long-term engagement

Goal:
Ensure client success and continued partnership with InsBOSS.
