- Serving as the first contact for all client concerns
- Coordinating closely with Operations Customer Representative Managers (CRMs)
- Ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations and agreements
- Ensuring Supporting growth, renewals, and long-term partnershipsdelivery aligns with expectations and agreements

Account Executive Core Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Ownership
Account Executives are:
- The primary contact person for assigned clients
- Responsible for communication clarity and responsiveness
- Trusted to represent InsBOSS professionalism and service quality
Goal:
Maintain strong, stable, and trusted client partnerships.
2. Service Coordination with Operations
AEs work directly with:
- Customer Services Managers (CSMs)
- Operations delivery teams
- Internal support departments
Responsibilities include:
- Translating client requests into clear operational actions
- Monitoring service progress and issue resolution
- Ensuring timely updates back to the client
Goal:
Create seamless collaboration between client and operations.
3. Issue Handling & Escalation
AEs manage:
- Client concerns and complaints
- Access or service-related questions
- Urgent operational escalations
They must:
- Respond quickly and professionally
- Coordinate internal resolution
- Protect client confidence and satisfaction
Goal:
Resolve issues while preserving trust and service continuity.
4. Account Growth & Retention
Sales supports business sustainability through:
- Contract renewals
- Service expansion opportunities
- Identifying additional client needs
- Strengthening long-term engagement

Ensure client success and continued partnership with InsBOSS.

- AE is designated to specific client accounts
- Reviews contract scope, services, and expectations
2. Active Relationship Management
- Regular communication and check-ins
- Monitoring satisfaction and service performance
- Coordinating requests with Operations
3. Concern Resolution
- Receive issue from client
- Coordinate investigation internally
- Provide resolution and status updates
4.Retention & Growth
- Support renewals and upsells
- Strengthen partnership trust

- Review AE responsibilities and communication standards
- Study client contracts, SLAs, and escalation flow
- Observe real client meetings and email coordination

Clear understanding of client relationship expectations
Days 11–20 — Guided Client Interaction
- Draft client communications for review
- Assist in request coordination with Operations
- Track issues and resolution timelines
- Participate in internal escalation discussions
- Review SEO improvement opportunities
Outcome:
Ability to support client handling with supervision.
Days 21–30 — Independent Readiness
- Manage assigned client communications
- Coordinate service requests end-to-end
- Provide accurate updates and follow-through
- Demonstrate professional escalation handling
