There is no universal path to success, nor a one-sizefits-all formula for metamorphosis. Each journey is a variety of different colors, forged by individual resilience, purpose, and passion. Eyah exemplifies this truth. She carved her own path with conviction, courage, and dedication—defining her own journey within the walls of InsBOSS. In this article, let us take a glimpse of Eyah’s enigmatic, unpredictable starts and the colorful tapestry of trails she left behind, which honed the company’s present and future. Eyah began her InsBOSS journey as Team Hotel’s Client Success Manager. Although she was hired externally, her first episodes were filled with thrill— bringing with her an experience that stretched far beyond the walls of InsBOSS. She not only adapted, but elevated the performance and synergy within Team Hotel through her leadership, insights, and commitment. Her impact was immediate and undeniable
As the organization evolved, so did Eyah. The right moment called, and eventually, Eyah moved and she stepped up as a Shift Manager. The transition was far from easy. It was no piece of cake, struggles of various shapes immediately presented itself to her but these were used as something that transformed Eyah to become better, from a Shift Manager handling Client Success Managers, she moved to officially handling the Swiss Knife Team and thus the birth of what InsBOSS have now as the Workforce Management. All these functions came with strings, different stormy challenges Eyah faced yet she proved her malleability and how she could turn downpours into opportunities to learn from. Eyah faced them head-on, a proof that being a leader isn’t just rising or keeping one’s head above the waters of whirlpools but also shifting to become better through the process.
Eyah deserved these confettis, cheers and shower of accolades for her valiancy and being level-headed in the face of adversities and creating her path that blazed with sizzling crimson fire, she is a testament to being resilient and strategic. She pushed for solidifying Project Phoenix and creating innovative solutions to put some sense of balance in the Swiss Knife Team when it comes to backup coverage. She displays tremendous radical candour, ownership, care, and treating the clients’ bussiness like hers with the measurable and attainable action plans she helped executing to life—which are significant core values of InsBOSS. To remain consistent amidst challenges in the battlefield is never a piece of cake.
