It is highly recommended that member immediately proceed to the nearest hospital with their guardian if one feels unsettled
If the patient is presenting with common psych symptoms, teleconsult doctors will do basic counseling but might need to refer patients to psychiatrists to our Primary Care Centers (All PCCs except Ayala North and Double Dragon)
- Exclusive for Maxicare members, they can have access
to our PCC clinics and and set up a session with our
mental health specialists on appointment basis.
Other options where they can try to speak with psychiatrists and psychologists are through national mental health hotlines HOPELINE or CRISIS Hotline by DOH where they have staff trained to attend for additional help if needed.
