How to Get a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card
To apply for the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus, follow these
steps:
1.Download and fill out the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus application form.
2.Submit the form to the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund branch.
3.Pay the registration fee of ₱125.
4.Complete biometrics for your picture and fingerprints.
5.Claim your card and PIN Mailer from the bank personnel.
