As the year wraps up, don’t forget to mark your calendars for our Year-End Party! Expect twinkling lights and winter magic as we come together to celebrate a year of hard work and memories.
But before we get the party started, here’s what you need to know 🤔
- WHEN & WHERE: Our Year-End Party 2025 starts promptly at 6:00 PM PH December 14, 2025, in NOVADECI Convention Center – 123 General Luis, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila
- REGISTRATION: To give enough time for the IBFMs attending the event, registration will start at 5:00 PM PHT in the lobby. Please allocate some time to ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration process. Make sure to finish your registration first before entering!
- HOUSE RULES: To guarantee a safe and enjoyable event for our IBFMs, please familiarize yourself with the house rules below:
– Entry of inflammables, prohibited drugs, pirated goods, and other goods which are dangerous in nature is not allowed for exhibit.
– IBFMs shall be responsible for looking after their personal belongings. Any lost or found item shall be reported to the NDVC Properties Office, which shall safe keep said item.
– There are designated smoking areas within the Convention Center grounds (Rear of the building, west side parking area, or front perimeter area, east side beside commercial space). Strictly no smoking in any part of the building, vape included - We encourage everyone to practice CLAYGO as we do our part to help the environment. Trash cans and trash bags will be provided in the venue for your convenience.
- For our IBFMs who availed our shuttle service, the schedule will be sent to you in a separate email. We kindly ask that you take note of the van details and pick-up times to avoid any delays.
- We would also like to remind everyone that this is an official company event and our Code of Conduct (COC) applies throughout the night. Any violations of our COC will be reported to our Legal Compliance Department and will be handled according to our company guidelines.
