PARTICULAR

As part of our ongoing effort to improve efficiency and collaboration, we will be organizing the InsBOSS Google Shared Drive. This initiative aims to organize and make it easier for everyone to locate files, reduce clutter, and ensure that only active and relevant documents are retained.

  1. Saving & Bookmarking Drive Links
    – Please save and bookmark the company and client shared drive links in your browser for quick access.
    – Ensure you are working from the updated shared folders to avoid duplications or misplaced files.
  2. Access Review & Removal
    – A review of current file and folder permissions will be conducted.
    – Any unauthorized or unnecessary access will be removed to protect InsBOSS and clients data.
  3. Moving & Deleting Files
    – Outdated or unused files will be archived or deleted as necessary.
    – InsBOSS and Client drives & folders will be streamlined to improve accessibility..
    – Transferring ownership of files and folders.
    – Deleting of an unofficial shared drive.
    – If you are working on an account and have saved files on your personal drive, please transfer or move them to the client’s shared drive.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in this process. In the event that you have files that are still being used but may have lost access, kindly check and send an email to itsupport@insboss.net for assistance.
